01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dancefloor ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dancefloor. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
03 Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dancefloor.world if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed.
- Do not share your login credentials with others.
- You are responsible for all content posted through your account.
04 Content & Uploads
Dancefloor allows you to upload, share, and interact with dance videos and related content. By uploading content, you:
- Confirm you own or have the rights to the content you upload.
- Grant Dancefloor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
- Retain full ownership of your original content.
Content that is uploaded must not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
05 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, or share content that is hateful, abusive, harassing, or violent.
- Post content that is sexually explicit or involves minors in any inappropriate way.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
- Spam other users or engage in unsolicited promotional activity.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
06 Intellectual Property
The Dancefloor name, logo, design, and all platform-originated content are the property of Dancefloor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without our express written permission.
07 Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.
08 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the community.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your public content may be removed from the platform within 30 days.
09 Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dancefloor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
